Joan Marcatante

Joan Marcatante (née Rage), age 83, beloved wife of John; loving mother of Laura (Jim), Michelle (Craig), and Johnny; devoted grandmother of Mike (Megan), Tommy (Sarah), and David; proud great-grandmother; dear sister of the late Arlene (Sam), Bobby (MaryAnn), Donny (Diana), and Davey (Laura); cherished aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews; and a dear cousin and friend to many, passed away peacefully. Joan's generous spirit, compassionate heart, and unwavering love for others touched the lives of all who knew her. She found her greatest joy in cooking, baking, and spending time with family, creating cherished memories that will be treasured for generations. Her warmth, kindness, and selfless devotion enriched the lives of everyone who knew her. Joan will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on September 12 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Church. Interment private.
