Joan Peterson-Davis, 85, of Wheeling, IL, passed away peacefully on September 20th, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sons, Timothy Allen Welch and Steven Charles Welch, who passed away in adulthood and whose loss deeply impacted her life. Loving sister to Judith Simonson, and Thomas Peterson.
