John Neubauer

John George Neubauer, 61, lifelong Chicagoan and most recently of the Dunning neighborhood passed away on August 21, 2026. He was born on August 9, 1965 to the late John and Patricia Neubauer.

John was the fond uncle to many nieces and nephews but was especially close to his niece Rachel. He was the dear brother of Elizabeth Simon and Julianne Neubauer. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

John was a longtime Union worker who enjoyed watching Hockey, loved nature, fishing, and dedicated over 40 years as a volunteer for Toys for Tots. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date and time.
