John V Tribuzio

John V. Tribuzio, 68, longtime resident of Des Plaines passed away on July 18, 2026.

John was preceded in death by his parents, John M. and Marie Tribuzio, and his brother, Frank Tribuzio. He is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Patricia Ann Tribuzio (née Mace); his dear sisters, Tina Thompson and Annette Powell; his stepchildren, Debra Moose, Diane Salinas, Tony Salinas, and Carolyn Patton; his step-grandchildren, Johnny Moose (fiancée Brandie) and Chase Patton; his nieces and nephews, Bobby, Danny, Michelle, and Anna; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

John spent his career in the HVAC industry and was known as an exceptional handyman. As Patricia often said, "If it was broke, he'd fix it and if he didn't know how, he'd figure it out." There was very little John couldn't repair, and he was always willing to lend his skills to family, friends, and neighbors.

He enjoyed playing cards, especially his weekly Wednesday night poker games with friends. He also loved live music and looked forward to attending concerts and shows whenever he had the chance.

John will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
