Jose Lepe Martinez, de 75 años, falleció el 18 de mayo de 2026. Nació en Jalisco, México el 18 de febrero de 1951. Recientemente residía en Wauconda y anteriormente vivió en Palatine.

Fue el amado esposo de Soledad Lepe, quien falleció en el 2009. Querido padre de Jose Felix Lepe (Alicia) y orgulloso abuelo de Natalya y Julian.

Le sobreviven sus hermanos Carmen, Indelsia, Jorge, Teresa, Eva, Adan, Arturo, Griselda, Virginia, Luisa y Javier. Fue precedido en muerte por sus hermanos Elias y Ester. También fue el querido tío de muchos

Jose trabajó durante muchos años como jardinero y será recordado por su gran dedicación al trabajo y a su familia.

El velorio se llevará a cabo jueves 21 de mayo de 2026, de 5:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., en el Nelson Funeral Home, ubicado en el 820 W. Talcott Road, Park Ridge, Illinois.

Los servicios funerarios estan a cargo de Chicagoland Cremation Options de Schiller Park, Illinois.

Jose Lepe Martinez, 75, passed away on May 18, 2026. Born in Jalisco, Mexico on February 18, 1951, Jose most recently resided in Wauconda and formerly lived in Palatine.

He was the beloved husband of the late Soledad Lepe, who preceded him in death in 2009. Loving father of Jose Felix Lepe (Alicia) and proud grandfather of Natalya and Julian.

Jose is also survived by his siblings Carmen, Indelsia, Jorge, Teresa, Eva, Adan, Arturo, Griselda, Virginia, Luisa and Javier. He was preceded in death by his siblings Elias and Ester. He was a fond uncle to many.

Jose worked for many years as a landscaper and was known for his hardworking nature and devotion to his family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 W. Talcott Road, Park Ridge, Illinois.
