Jose B. Villanueva

Jose B. Villanueva,  68, of Hanover Park, formerly Nuevo Ideal DGO Mexico, passed away March 17, 2024. Devoted husband of Maria Tomasa Quinones Favela of 44 loving years. Loving father of Luis Octavio (Khonetheep) Villanueva, Israel Villanueva and Angelica Villanueva. Adored grandpa of Landon, Jayden and Grayson Villanueva. Preceded in death by 9 loving siblings. Jose will be remembered for his love of cooking traditional Mexican dishes, joy of gardening with his wife, spending quality time with his grandchildren and taking walks with his dogs. 

A wake will be held Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 2pm until 7pm at Countryside Funeral Home 1640 S. Green Meadows Blvd., Streamwood, Illinois 60107.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 25, 2024 starting at 11:30am at St. Ansgar Roman Catholic Church in Hanover Park, Illinois. 
Interment will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park in Elgin, Illinois.
