Joseph (Joe) Briski

Joseph (Joe) Briski, 60, of Prospect Heights, IL passed away on May 23, 2020. Best friend for 27 years and a loving husband for 21 to Kimberley. He was an amazing father to his 3 princesses Jeanetta Marie, Jeana Nicolle, and Jessica Faith. Brother of David, Michael, and Michelle (Robert) McHugh. Uncle to Emily and Kaitlyn McHugh. Much loved son-in-law of Bunny Dorocke and brother-in-law to Dave Dorocke. Joe was an amazing guy. He started his career driving a truck at 21. He drove through all 48 contiguous states and logged well over one million miles. He was the owner and operator of Briski Transport Services Inc. until an unfortunate accident ended his driving career. He found other ways to keep busy. He enjoyed people and worked in retail part-time which he really loved. He was active in church, especially when his girls were young when he would help teach Sunday school. His most recent ministry endeavor (which was as a family) was when he helped with Living Pantry where he not only did food rescue but helped the people and just would sit and talked with those that needed fellowship. He will be dearly missed. Memorial and Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Chicagoland Cremation Options of Schiller Park, Illinois.
