Joseph Philip Mineo, 83, of Chicago, passed away unexpectedly on April 22, 2020. Beloved uncle to Frances (Paul) Stamper and Annette Miller. Loving great-uncle to Arlene (Ryan Oscarson) Thomas and Valerie Stamper. Fond great-great uncle of Anthony Oscarson, Nicholas Oscarson, Romero Torres, and Amanda Thomas.
Joe was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and would volunteer his time at a local food pantry.
