Joshua Shawn Klein

Joshua Klein, an artist and free-spirit, sadly passed away in a fatal motorcycle accident on the evening of September 9th, 2023 at the age of 32.  

 

Josh is survived by his parents, Penny and Alan Klein, his grandmother Marilyn Kadet, his sister Alissa and niece Madilyn.  

 

Josh was a fierce friend, someone who touched countless lives with his energy and smile. His love of the outdoors and music festivals led him on numerous journeys that would always end with far more friends than they started due to his infectious personality. Josh had been improving on his oil paintings, especially landscapes, and his final piece was a beautiful light blue and black night sky. A loyal Chicago sports fan, reader and gamer, Josh made the most of his time here doing the things that he loved including spending time with friends and family. Josh is going to be deeply missed, a beloved soul, gone too soon.  

 

At this time the family asks for respect and privacy, there will be a small intimate celebration of life by invitation only.
