Joyce Marie Andrews

Joyce Marie Andrews, 88, of Chicago, IL passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on May 20, 2022 at the age of 88. 

She was raised in Niles, MI, lived her adult life in Chicago, IL and spent her final years in Riverwoods, IL.

She was preceded in death by her brother, William (Bill) Hoese and her former spouse, Sam Andrews.

Joyce is survived by her loving children: Diane Joseph(Dr. Ashur) of Riverwoods IL, her sons Andy Andrews (Stephanie) of Chicago, IL, John Andrews(Shannon) of Chicago, IL, Sargon ”Sarge” Andrews (Wendy) of Chicago, IL, her six grandchildren who lovingly referred to her as “Nannie”: Jonathan (Claire), Lauren, Michael, Melanie, Seth, Megan, and Katie, as well as two greatgrandchildren, Owen and Kyla. Dear sister-in-law to Margaret Hoese. Beloved Aunt to nieces Elizabeth and Holly. Joyce will be sincerely missed by all who knew and loved her, including a host of extended family, friends, and caretakers.
