16 years of friendship. There’s nobody -and never will be anybody like Juan —my Gemini friend- I loved him so much—my confidant. My person.

I am so sorry for the loads is Juan. He worked on my home from August 2022-March and again last November. I got to know him fairly well and I’m very saddened to hear the news. My deepest sympathy.

Our deepest sympathy to Juan's family.
Juan and his team did a number of remodeling jobs in our house, the latest being the kitchen. They did a fabulous job, and Juan's creativity and ideas were above and beyond. We developed a great relationship with Juan, and we will miss having him come to our house to work and create a friendship. Thank you, also, Christine, for helping us tie all the loose ends together after Juan became ill.
We are grieving with you. We hope your memories will sustain you at this difficult time.

To Juan\'s Family:
I was introduced to Juan by Harry Rivera, my friend/realtor, as a contractor who could handle a huge gut renovation job of my first house in Logan Square. Little did I know this would soon evolve from a contractor/client relationship into a 25 year friendship that went far beyond that.
Many a night after his crew left we would sit on the floor and shoot the bull with a glass of wine about all the renovations that could be possible.
I consider him a co-designer of the house.
Juan\'s intelligence, competence, sense of humor and people skills were evident during these conversations which ranged far beyond the concerns of the job of the moment.
But later whenever there was a problem he was always there. Jacqui and I would be confronted with some situation at the house, turn and look at each other and holler \"call Juan now!\" Next morning there was the banged-up white van parked in front...a joke, a smile and a request for coffee to follow.
Your loss is immense, and we too have heavy hearts.
