Judith Polk

Judith “Judy” Polk of Lake Forest, IL passed away on February 15, 2023 at the age of 83.

Throughout her battle with many medical issues in recent years, Judy showed strength and courage in facing life's challenges with perseverance and dignity. She was a true fighter, respected and loved by many.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, George, in 1999. She is survived by her two daughters, Tracey Wren (Bill) and Jennifer Egen (Richard), four grandchildren, Billy and Megan Wren, Ricky and Maddie Egen, sister, Janet “Beanie” Kittle (Bud), and brother, Frank Smrzley (Pauline).

Judy's life will be honored at a future date in the spring.
