Julia Marie Terrien

Julia Marie Terrien, a devoted registered nurse, passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 88. She was born on January 13, 1937, in Waukegan, Illinois. Throughout her career, Julia made significant contributions as a nurse with the VA Hospital and Lake County substance abuse clinics, where her caring nature touched the lives of many.

She is survived by her children, Lori Luther(John), Rory(Gail), and Sean. Julia cherished her role as a grandmother to Matthew(Lindsey), Annette Zylberman(Mike), Ryan(Amanda), Melissa(Mint), Grant, and Ayden, who will remember her fondly for the love and support she provided.

Julia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Don Terrien, with whom she shared 66 years of marriage. She was also preceded by her siblings: Albert Dagis, Jean Michaeline Mabryzski, Adele Hagenow, and Charlie Dagis.

Julia's legacy will continue through her family, and she will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
