Julio Arbelo, 68, of Chicago, and formerly of Puerto Rico, after a brief illness, passed on August 8, 2021. Loving brother of Luz (Gerald) Charles and the late Juan (Angele). Beloved son of the late Juan and Ana. Cherished uncle of Jose, Angie and the late Damaris.
