Karen Lynn Carrera

Karen Lynn Carrera, 72, of Lombard, formerly Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, passed away on June 6, 2024. Doting wife of the late Robert Carrera (2022). Adored mother of Robert (Elizabeth) Carrera Jr., Scott (Sabrina) Carrera and Kimberly Carrera. Loving grandmother of Timothy, Joshua and Taylor. Dear sister of David (Jeanne) Walker and the late Mike (Cathy) Walker and the late Kathy Walker. Cherished aunt and friend of many. Longtime nurse at Elmhurst Hospital. Memorial services pending. Services will be on August 10th 2024 at Lombard Gospel Chapel, 369 N Stewart Ave. Lombard, IL 60148. Visitation is from 10:30am - 12:30pm. Service begins at 1pm.
