Karen G. Dvorak (née Holbrook), 78, of Arlington Heights, Illinois and formerly of Wheeling and Chicago, after a long illness is at peace December 26, 2021. Beloved wife of Tom for thirty years. Loving mother of son Jason (Kim) Anciulis, and stepdaughter Deborah (McGann), and cherished grandma of Colin. Dear sister of Millie (Silvan) Failer.

A celebration of her life will take place on Thursday, January 20th, 4:30 - 5:30 visitation, 5:30 - 6:30 service at Kingswood Church located at 401 W Dundee Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL.
