Kelly Marie Hurst

Kelly Marie Hurst, age 48, a resident of Plainfield, Illinois and formerly of Hickory Hills and Orland Park, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022.

Kelly made you laugh until your sides hurt. She was witty, a legendary prankster and EVERYONE’S favorite person. Kelly was beautiful, smart, thoughtful, caring and talented in so many ways. However, her superpower was her ability to build genuine, meaningful connections with everyone she met.

She made you feel special.

Kelly is survived by the loves of her life, Kathryn Samoska and Frankie Roppolo. Cherished sister of Colleen (Bill), Theresa (Dave), Becky (Keith), Katie (and hopefully Tom one day), Jerry (Melissa), Mark (Meg) and Matt (Laura). Bonus parents Jerry Krawiec and JoEllen Hurst. Caring aunt of Kyle, Ryan, Mitchell, Tyler, Scarlett, Savannah, Preston, Shawn, Joeyand Madisyn. Dearest niece of Don and all the Altman cousins. Beloved best friend of 24 years Megan Kranc. She leaves behind her favorite boss Jamie Wilcox, our large extended family, cousins and hundreds upon hundreds of friends. She will be missed by all who loved her.

Kelly joins our Grandparents Mickey & Gladys, Aunt Karen, our mom Kathryn Cunningham Krawiec and dad Peter Hurst in Heaven.

Celebration of Life will be Saturday, January 7th 2023 from 2pm until 7pm at Villas at Fox Run Clubhouse  16651 S Fox Run Cir, Plainfield, IL 60586
