Kimpeav Nem, 65, of Des Plaines formerly of Tacoma, WA, and born and raised in Siem Reap, Cambodia, after a brief illness passed away August 1st 2025. Loving father to Kimberly (Luis) Samayoa, Kimpeav "Tim" Nem Jr., Matthew New, and Lyka New. Dear LoLo of Ethan, Mateo and Ellie. Beloved brother of Sar Yoeung, Bunna Shaffer, Sattha Eap and Kolmau New. Fond Bong and friend to many. Longtime valve tester for Hydraforce Inc.
