Larry William "Billy" Simmons Jr., 56, of Riverwoods, Waukegan and Elgin, passed away on May 21, 2025. Adored brother of Crystal (Brittney) Simmons, Terry (Tami) Simmons and Michael (Cathy) Simmons. Cherished uncle of Jason, Jessica , Cecil, Tabitha and Celia. Beloved son to the late Larry and Sherry. Known for a heart as big as his smile, he never met a stranger. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date/time.
