Linda M Galarza

Linda M. Galarza, 74, of Melrose Park, IL, (born in Sharples, WV) passed away peacefully on August 15th, 2026, after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of William for 53 wonderful years. Linda was a loving mother to Jamie (Kerry), Robert (Sarah), and John. Beloved grandmother to Liliana, Benjamin, Isabella, Samuel, William, Alexandra, and Theodore. She is also survived by siblings, Rosalee, Gar, and Gregory Scott. She was preceded in death by her parents Betty and Jimmie. She was a loving aunt and friend to many. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends playing board games and trivia, sharing good food, and watching her favorite television programs, including soap operas and game shows.

Linda’s Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Faith Church of Elmhurst 111 W North Avenue, Elmhurst, IL Doors open: 10:00 AM Celebration begins: 11:00 AM
