Lorraine Sieracki, 83, a lifelong "Chicago Girl" passed away on February 25, 2022.
Beloved daughter of the late Mildred Adamczyk. Dear sister of Deborah (Michael) Carney and the late Barbara Creamer.
Lorraine was a longtime office manager at MQS. She was an avid bowler, loved gambling and going to the casino, was very witty and had a great sense of humor. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Aftercare arrangements entrusted to Chicagoland Cremation Options in Schiller Park, Illinois.
