Louis’s journey began in Buffalo, NY, where he was born and raised. He answered the call to serve his country with distinction, enlisting in the United States Army. Rising to the rank of Sergeant, Louis combined discipline with his culinary talents as a Chef and Club Manager, roles that reflected his leadership abilities and his passion for bringing people together around good food and good company.

His military service was a defining aspect of Louis’s identity, marked by steady commitment and a deep sense of duty. Even after his time in uniform, Louis remained actively engaged with organizations that fostered fellowship and community spirit. He was a proud member of the Italian Club, Moose Club, Eagles Club, and the American Legion, through which he maintained lifelong friendships and contributed to various causes and communal endeavors.

Family was also central to Louis’s life. He is survived by his brothers, Peter Borsa(Anne) and Arthur Borsa(Diane), and his sisters, Roseanne Backer(Don) and Nanci Campbell(Craig). 

Louis Borsa’s legacy is one of service, camaraderie, and dedication to both his family and community. He will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege to know him.
