Adored mother of Jordon (Cara), Maximiliano (Shannon) and Chanel (Jason). Cherished grandmother of Andrew, William, Guinevere, Natalia and Diani. Beloved sister of Becky and Linda. Dear friend to many. Assistant to the United States Ambassador in Kenya. Luana loved reading, learning, writing, animals, sharing stories, and connecting with others. Above all, she deeply loved and adored her devoted husband, who held a special place in her heart.
