Manolo Mainit

Manolo Mainit, 70, of Chicago, Illinois it is with great sadness that we announce the passing a devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandfather, and esteemed mining engineer. Manolo was born in the Philippines and spent his later years in Chicago, Illinois. Manolo is survived by his beloved wife, Minda Silacan Mainit. He was the proud father of Michael (Erce Vareen), Marlon (Marievic), and Mesheila (Vince Zamoras). His legacy continues through his adored grandchildren: Milkoela Erika, Philippe Manuel, and Mandi Argyanna. He was a dear brother to Ferdinand (Hazel), Rebecca (Jojo), Raul, Evans, Edna, and Socrates (Maribeth-Samuel). Manolo's dedication to his family and profession as a mining engineer will be remembered and celebrated by all who knew him. His contributions and memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
