Manuel Campos 65, of Chicago Illinois formally from Distrito Federal, Mexico, passed away on May 11th 2025. Loving Husband to the love of his life, Licha Jimenez for 30 blessed years. Beloved father to Brenda, Alicia, Lizbeth and Daniela. Dear grandfather to Deon, Alec, Emma, Sophie and Max. Cherished brother to Maria, Silvia, Sharon, Karen and Juan. Adored son to Esperanza Campos.

Possessing an incredible sense of humor, Manuel had a remarkable ability to find light even in the most challenging times. He was fiercely devoted to his family, consistently going above and beyond to ensure their happiness and well-being. Despite facing numerous health conditions, Manuel approached life with remarkable resilience, often referring to himself as "Robo Cop" due to the many procedures he endured. His unwavering spirit and deep love for life, especially the thought of being with his family and watching his treasured grandchildren grow, fueled his courageous fight.

As a father, he was a pillar of strength for his daughters, always present and standing firmly by their side. Kind and loving, Manuel was a true "jack of all trades," finding joy in building things and expressing his creativity through art and music. He also loved soccer, grilling and was a passionate movie buff and held a special place in his heart for animals, especially his cherished cats.

To those who truly knew him, Manuel was deeply loved. He was, quite simply, the most amazing husband, the quintessential "girl dad," and an unparalleled "cat guy." His family will miss him tremendously, carrying his memory in their hearts forever.

Amado padre de Brenda, Alicia, Lizbeth y Daniela. Querido abuelo de Deon, Alec, Emma, Sophie y Max. Querido hermano de María, Silvia, Sharon, Karen y Juan. Amado hijo de Esperanza Campos.

Con un increíble sentido del humor, Manuel tenía una notable capacidad para encontrar la luz incluso en los momentos más difíciles. Era un ferviente devoto de su familia, siempre haciendo todo lo posible para asegurar su felicidad y bienestar.
