Adored grandmother of Alyssa Fuentes, Isabella Fuentes, Daisy Fuentes, Jazlyn Fuentes, Josue Hernandez, Javier Hernandez and London Jones. Dear sister of John (Wendy) Martinez. Cherished friend to many. Longtime Administrative Assistant at the Kane County County House. Avid church goer.
