Mark Buford was born to the parents of Mary L. Steele and Jelee (Jerry) Steele in Chicago, Illinois on February 20, 1960.
Mark was blessed with a large family.
Mark is survived by 1 brother and 4 sisters. He has an abundance of nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
Mark is preceeded in his transition by his mom, dad, sisters, brother, nephew and a multitude of cousins, aunts and uncles.

A REMEMBRANCE OF OUR BROTHER:
Mark was a strong, powerful, intelligent, wise man and business man.
Out of everything Mark has experienced in 62 years, he put action to the will of GOD daily by practicing love kindness and forgiveness, feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, and helping those in need. So I can hear our Father GOD saying "WELL DONE SON here's your ticket to your eternal home." Mark has received the ULTIMATE PEACE.
