Mark Peterson, 67, passed away on July 17, 2026.
Born on June 10, 1959, Mark grew up in New Lenox, and spent his adult life in Lockport.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Frank and Betty Peterson.
Mark is survived by his daughter, Tracie (née Peterson) Diaz of Joliet; his sister, Victoria (née Peterson) Johanek and her husband, Jeffrey; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and extended family and friends.
He will be remembered and missed by those who knew him.
Arrangements entrusted to Chicagoland Cremation Options in Schiller Park, Illinois.
