Mary Emaline Coxhead

She passed away in the wee hours Sunday morning, March 28, 2021 tucked under her favorite sheets, toasty blanket and pillows exactly as she liked them. Her terms, her time, her way.

Mary has been a fighter extraordinaire. These last 25 years, she has battled a list of health issues that made her medical teams’ wince. Yet Mary pressed forward with her salty comebacks, genuine interest, tenacity and her attention to her learned craft of healthcare. During these last few months, her physical stature may have become more diminutive, but Mary’s presence remained larger than life.

Think of Mary stories, blessings to sustain her journey, and remember that Mary was not always a woman of many words, but she was a person of action and deeds. Mary loved each of you and truly remembered everyone of us as unique and impotant individuals.
