Mary N. Long-Hudson, 76, of Evanston, Illinois, and formerly of Chicago, peacefully passed away March 3, 2026. She is survived by her loving son Donald Harlan DeVold; cherished grandchildren Ameer, Zaakir, Ariel, Da'Eemah, Elijah and Rosalina; dear sister Willie Mae Haga and a host of friends.
Mary worked at Evanston Hospital from 1980 until 2014. She later became a devoted care taker for seniors. Mary enjoyed reading and was a fan of novels Dues and Paid in Full.
