Mary Patricia Olson

Mary Patricia Olson, 85, of Arlington Heights, formerly Des Plaines and Chicago, passed away on November 29, 2024. Adored wife of Franklyn C. Olson for 20 amazing years. Cherished mother of Daniel, Kathryn (Cells), Benjamin an is preceded in death by Christopher, Tammy and David. Doting grandmother of William and Jonathan Cells. Dear sister of Casimir, Virginia, Edward, Irene, Stanley and Ted. Loved friend of many. Longtime Chicago Board of Education High School Algebra and Geometry Teacher. Proud member of Mensa. Contributor to the Sierra Club.  Mary devoted her life to education and continued her studies on Metaphysics and World Religion. She will be remember for her love of animals, mysteries and everything science and will truly be missed.
