Notice and Tribute – MATILDE N. SOPENA ESTATE

Matilde Nicot-Delgado-Sopeña was birthed by her biological mother, Maria Nicot Delgado, on the 8th day of March in the year of our Lord 1936. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She walked this Earth as a strong and courageous natural woman, living upon the land created by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She held the position of Executor over the MATILDE N. SOPENA ESTATE, acting in her private, sovereign capacity. On the 7th day of June, in the year of our Lord 2025, by the light of day, Matilde N. Sopeña transitioned from this earthly plane and ascended to reunite with her beloved sacred husband, Roger Severino Sopeña, her cherished mother Maria Nicot-Delgado, and her honorable father Francisco Delgado.

The MATILDE N. SOPENA ESTATE is hereby survived by:

Notice of Claim:

Any individual or corporate entity who believes they have a lawful claim against or upon the MATILDE N. SOPENA ESTATE must come forth within thirty (30) days of this notice and present such claim in writing to the appointed Executor. Failure to respond within this lawful grace period shall be deemed acquiescence and forfeiture, and such claims shall be forever barred and extinguished by operation of law and equity.
