W. Michael Puckett, 75, of Bartlett, Illinois left us on March 19, 2024 after a long battle with prostate cancer. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Margaret and is survived by his wife, Kathleen Puckett (née Krammen) and his daughters Rebecca and Christine. Mike served his country proudly in the Navy during Vietnam. He ended his working years driving a school bus for U-46 where he delighted in watching his school kids grow. Mike was sober for 42 years and active in AA to the very end. He leaves behind a legacy of lives touched and changed for the better. His light shone so bright, it's with us even now that he is not.
A celebration of life will be held April 20, 2024 at 11:00 am, at Christ Community Church, 23 W. Streamwood Blvd, Streamwood, IL. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to you local AA organization.
