Michael Schaffer

Michael Schaffer, a beloved father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 68. He was born on January 3, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois. Michael led a versatile life, embracing many roles as a certified auto mechanic, motorcycle technician, carpenter, plumber, and "jack of all trades". His skills and dedication to his work left a lasting impression on those who knew him.

Michael will be deeply missed by his loving family. He is survived by his two daughters, Natoria Campbell and Whitney Campbell, who cherished their father and his unwavering support; beloved dog Kelly, who was his loyal companion; former spouse Michelle Campbell, with who he shared  children; Michael also leaves behind three grandchildren, Damari, Neveah, and Amir, who brought joy and purpose to his life. In addition, he is survived by his sisters, Denise, Catherine, and Sharon, who shared countless memories and experiences with him.

Michael Schaffer will be remembered for his hard work, resourcefulness, and the love he had for his family. His impact on their lives will be felt for years to come.
