Myron "Rocky" White

Myron "Rocky" White, 85, US Army Veteran of Des Plaines, Illinois, passed away October 15, 2025.

Loving husband of the late Linda White (1996); devoted father of David White, Monica White and Natalie White; treasured grandfather of Donnie Sarli, Lily Sarli and Ryan; cherished brother of Charlotte, Patrick and the late Geno, Ross, Donald and Gerald; adored son of the late George and Mabel White; favorite uncle to many.

Myron was born in Tomah, Wisconsin and grew up in Chicago's Wicker Park area (North Ave. & Ashland). He was a devoted family man and great husband to the love of his life, Linda. Myron was kind hearted and affable, making many dear friends throughout his lifetime. He was a longtime truck driver for Emery Worldwide and beloved crossing guard at Iroquois Community School in Des Plaines. A loyal fan of Chicago White Sox and the Green Bay Packers, he rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on his teams. Myron was also a fervent supporter of Pope Leo XIV
