Nelsa Iris Hernandez, 87, of Chicago's Hermosa Park neighborhood and formerly of Quebradillas, Purto Rico, at rest December 24, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Angel Nieves. Loving mother of Monserrate, Hector, Anibal, Johnny, Maria, Aida, Nelson, Maribel and the late William. Cherished "Wela" of 25; great-grandmother, aunt and friend to many.
Visitation to be held Wednesday, December 28th from 3pm until the start of the Funeral Service at 7pm at Citylights Church, 6425 W. Grand Ave., Chicago, IL 60707. Interment private.
