Norbert J. Deichl

Norbert J. Deichl, Proud Vietnam Army Veteran, 85, of Chicago, passed away on September 11, 2026. Devoted husband of Jeri for 55 loving years. Adored father of Jason (Loredana). Cherished grandfather Angelika, Damien, Drake and Dominic. Beloved brother of the late Madeline (Harry and Jim) and Maryanne (the late John). Longtime general building and maintenance contractor. He enjoyed many things in life, including riding motorcycles, fishing, traveling, and listening to music. He also took pride in his vegetable garden and enjoyed working with his hands. A lifelong appreciation for muscle cars was another passion, bringing him many hours of enjoyment. These interests reflected his love of the outdoors, adventure, and the simple pleasures of life.
