Ofilia Cinta

Ofilia Cinta, 93, of Elmhurst and formerly of Reynosa, Mexico, at rest September 1, 2020; beloved wife of the late Fernando, M.D. (2019); loving mother to Ofilia J. Cinta, Lili Cinta, and Marta (Thomas) Markiewicz; cherished Abuela/ Grandma/ "Grandma Boogs" of Nii Carlos Hammond, Melissa Jornd, John Markiewicz, and Jay Markiewicz; dear sister of Exiquio "Boboy" Gonzalez and the late Maria Lilia Valdez, Arturo Gonzalez, and Odilia Torres, fond Tia and friend to many. Ofilia was a proud parishioner of Faith Evangelical Methodist Church of Elmhurst. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the church, dedicated to building a wheelchair ramp in her memory to give those in need the ability to attend the services that she so enjoyed.
