Patricia Marie Duff

Patricia Marie Duff, 79, of Chicago, Illinois, died on November 3, 2026. She is survived by her sister Marge Duff. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Marie Duff, along with her sisters, Mary Duff and Nancy Duff-Hruby (late Wayne Hruby). She enjoyed 1930 and 1940 movies but especially enjoyed the movies of Katharine Hepburn. She also enjoyed going to the opera, the symphony and plays. Patricia had been a long-time executive assistant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois before retiring. No services will be held.
