Patricia Freggens

Patricia Freggens, 74, of Lansing, IL, passed away peacefully on June 20th 2026. Loving mother to Jessica Neuman (Jason Neuman), and Jody Freggens (Cornelius Moore). Dear grandmother to Johnathan Neuman, Mason Moore, and Jayden Moore. Adored sister to Sylvia Hones (Tim), Mary Osowski (Ron), and Allen Feeser (Paulette). Patricia loved to paint ceramic, volunteer with the church, and sing in the church choir. A Celebration of Life is being planned with family and close friends on Clearwater Beach Date is to be determined.
