Patricia Ann O'Connor

Patricia Ann O'Connor, nee Stanton, of River Forest and formerly of Mt. Prospect, passed away after a brief illness on April 16th 2023. Wife of the late Charles Jr. Loving mother of twins Clare Elizabeth and Charles Edward III. Daughter of the late Robert L. Sr. and the late Ethel B. Stanton. Dear sister of Robert (Donna) Stanton, Bridie (the late William) Hickman, Michael (Karen) Stanton, Margaret (Jack) McBride, Barbara Stanton, Marybeth (Jim) Rennolds. Fond aunt, cousin and friend to many. Loving doggy mommy to Darby, Brady, Lily, and Tucker. Known around her community as Mrs. Opatio.

After graduating from DePaul University, Pati's career journey began in banking which led to many cherished years as an Auditor at United Airlines. Tending to her children was her first priority. Preparing wonderful foods for family and friends brought gratitude and joy to her heart. She also loved to share her passion for food with her community. Her many Italian Easter pies that she delivered around town will be missed!

Family and friends will gather for memorial services at Queen of Heaven Cemetery on May 27th, 11AM.
