Paula Jean Griffin, 70, of Chicago's Austin neighborhood, unexpectedly passed away on April 1, 2025. Doting mother of Sherard (Angela) Griffin, Latasha Kent and Chitoka. Cherished grandma/nana of Brian, Jeanice, Alejandro, Will, Veronica, Marquita, Valencia, Kenyanna, Ciera, Christina, and three others. Dear sister of Carolyn (Reggie) McCrary and Robert Gray. Beloved niece of Pearline (the late William) and Anna Ruth (the late Odell) Thames. Adored daughter of the late Joseph and Rubye. Loved aunt and friend to many. Retired employee of Chicago MEPS for 47 years. Services private.
