Paula Hayes, 46, of Bolingbrook and formerly of Sparta, IL. suddenly passed away May 4th, 2018. Beloved fiance of Maurice Fields. Loving mother of Desirae Patton, Olivia King, and the late Michael Patton. Sisters Cynthia Gaddy-Shepard, Connie Perry, and brother Jesse Patton JR.
Dearest grandmother of Kendra and Jacob Patton and Kenneth and King Tell. Longtime CNA. A memorial celebrating her life will be held Friday, May 11th, at the Alpha Missionary Baptist Church. Located at 240 Schmidt Rd., Bolingbrook, IL. 60440 at 6:30 p.m.
