Phyllis Marie Jakubowski

Phyllis Marie Jakubowski, 73, of Lake in the Hills/Cicero, formerly of Bellwood, passed away after complications of a long illness on February 19, 2025. She was previous married to James K. Jakubowski. Adored mother of FrankJakubowski and Paige Sorensen of Crystal Lake and Tara Jakubowski of Hampshire, IL. Cherished grandma of Joseph M. Jakubowski. Beloved daughter to Salvatore F. and Antoinette P. Mangano and sister to Savatore Mangano and Karen Mangano . A dearfriend to many. She will be truly missed by everyone involved in her life. There will be a celebration of life organized by her children at a later date.
