Rafael Lechuga, 86, of Elgin formerly of the Chicagoland area and Durango, Mexico at rest October 19, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Ventura Rodriguez for 30 years. Loving father of Gloria Lechuga Rodriguez, Rafael Jr., Griselda (Jose) Morones, Josefina (Isaac) Lopez, Alma Lechuga and Azucena (Gabriel) Gonzalez. Cherished abuelo of Edgar Soto, Crisay Morones, Agrisel Morones, Karina Lechuga, Leticia Lechuga, Hector Huerta, Alonzo Lopez, Eliezer Lopez, Isaac Lopez, Angel Gonzalez, Gabriel Gonzalez, Edwin Gonzalez and great-grandfather to many. Retired machine operator in manufacturing. Visitation Saturday October 22, 2022 from 1pm-4pm at the Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 Green Meadows Blvd., Streamwood, Illinois.
