Raymond Patrick Trujillo

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Raymond Patrick Trujillo Jr., who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 62. A lifelong resident of Chicago, IL, Ray was an art aficionado known for his deep admiration of Marilyn Monroe. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Hope Jaurigue; his mother, [insert name]; and his brothers, Art Lara and Steve Arvik. He is survived by his child, Jesai Penfold; his sister and best friend, Danita Jaurigue; his siblings, Veronica Brown and David Kee, Diana Galindo; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. A memorial service will be held in his honor on February 8, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Resurrection Lutheran Church (3309 N. Seminary Street, Chicago, IL 60657). Please note that only street parking is available. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ray’s name can be made to Out of the Closet Thrift Stores.
