Regina Golem, 91, of Crystal Lake and formerly of Warsaw, Poland entered into eternal life on September 10th, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Zbyszek. Loving mother of Malgorzata Vargas (the late Jacek). Cherished Babcia of Mike, Mark, Paul, Jennifer, Kasia, Ania and great grandmother of Sebastian and Jacek. Dear sister of the late Edward. Fond aunt and friend to many.

Services are to be held privately at St. Anne Catholic Church, Barrington, IL.

Interment private.
