Richard W. Bergland, 73, of Chicago, IL, formerly of Andersonville, passed away peacefully on June 14th 2025. Loving husband of Toni Bergland for 54 blessed years. Beloved father to Sarah (Justen) Christiensen and the late James Bergland and Latrisha Paulson. Cherished grandpa to Jayden Christensen, Alice Christensen and Juliette Finn. Dear brother to Jan Klatt, Nancy Dunleavy,and Linda Martin-Kilcrece (Peter). Adored son to Betty Daniel Bergland. Richard was a longtime arborist and loved trees. Service to be scheduled at a later date and time.
