Richard D. Surman, 71, of Hoffman Estates and formerly of Chicago's North Side, after a long illness had passed away May 22, 2021. Beloved husband of Barbara for forty years. Loving brother of Sue (Herb) Ciesla, Arlene (Roman) Panas and Bobby Surman. Cherished uncle and friend to many. Retired carpenter.
