Loving father of Brian (Aleca) Horn, Damon (Deanne) Horn, Keith (Katie) Horn,Garrett Horn, Nicole Horn and Claudia Horn. Cherished Papa to Haley, Derek, Stefany, Lindsey, Jacob, Alyssa, Zachary, Lillian, Avery, Ashlynn, Victoria and Dominic. Dear brother of Georgia (the late William) Lemons and the late Edith Spielman, George Horn. Fond uncle and friend to many. Longtime football coach for many years in Lake County.
